With a deep-rooted commitment to easing the burdens faced by transplant patients and their families, Arthur has transformed his personal experiences and professional expertise into a mission of compassion and support.
Arthur's journey began in Sonoma, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by families dealing with serious medical conditions. His own family’s experiences with kidney disease ignited a passion within him to make a difference. Arthur understood that the emotional and financial strain of finding temporary housing during a medical crisis could be overwhelming, and he vowed to create a solution
In 2021, Arthur founded KidneyMatch.org with the goal of providing a "home away from home" for families during one of the most critical times in their lives. Under his leadership, the organization has grown to become a vital resource for those seeking temporary housing near Stanford, offering not just a place to stay, but also emotional and practical support.
